Legislative Drafting

There is so much to say about legislative drafting that it is impossible to really cover it all. Law schools and other groups have extensive courses on this topic. My insider's take is that you want to keep legislative language as simple as possible. It needs to fit in the correct section of the law and it needs to be within the constitutional power of the legislature to enact. With that said, I am providing a few links to other resources that I have found to be extremely useful.
